I try to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment whenever possible except on made to order items where I aim to ship within 7-10 working days. Please ensure you have checked my shop announcement in case I am on vacation or otherwise away from my computer for any length of time.

International customers: All international orders are dispatched by airmail; please let me know if you require additional insurance or tracking (additional charges may apply). Airmail from the UK to the US normally takes 7-10 days to arrive, but during the holiday period it can be much slower, so make sure you order your gifts in plenty of time. Any customs charges which may be incurred are the buyer’s responsibility.

UK customers: UK orders are dispatched by first class post; please advise if you require next day special delivery (additional charges may apply).

All my glasswork and jewellery is created with love and care to the best of my abilities. Please remember that most of the beads and glasswork I offer are made of glass, and although all of my beads are properly digitally annealed, if they are dropped on a hard surface they may not survive the impact.
